We will be participating in 5K virtual run/walk organized by Asha for Education (Purdue chapter) so that Asha for Education can raise funds to support education of more than 500 children from underprivileged background, many of them are first in the family to receive education. Asha Purdue 5k has raised ~$25,000 during past 7 years and this year again we seek your donation to help the cause. We have pledged to raise $300 or more this year and We seek your help in achieving this small target.
Neha and I have been associated with Asha for Education chapters (Purdue, UFlorida, Cincinnati) since 2012 and 2004, respectively. We hope to continue to contribute to Asha for education from South Dakota where we currently reside. It has been a fulfilling experience for both of us to see the change that Asha is bringing in these children’s lives. It would really mean a lot to us and children if you can help by donating any amount you can 🙂
The funds raised by us will be used to support one of Asha’s project – Aavishkaar which aims at making science and math interesting, exciting and fun for all, while developing thinking abilities through logic and reason.
